The principals of Loldia Holdings Pty Ltd have an approach to business consulting and coaching that steps outside the existing process paradigm. Why do we say this? Because we treat all businesses and individuals as a unique. We apply adaptive analytical and coaching techniques that are not a one size fits all, typical tick box approach to solutions. We don't try to stereotype you or your business and therefore try to squeeze you into a pre set model. We recognise that to influence and create change, we must be a part of that change, and to do that we must understand the people and the business. Therefore we get to know the business and the culture of the business intimately. This can sometimes be confronting as we adopt "an unpleasant friend" approach to solutions.

We can do this as we are not constrained by rigid methodology or rule based process to provide business and executive coaching solutions.
